WORKOUT ANYTIME on CBS 46 Better Mornings Atlanta

WORKOUT ANYTIME franchisees, Zelly and Tanesha Wesson were recently featured on CBS 46 Better Mornings Atlanta. Zelly and Tanesha demonstrated at home exercises viewers can do with the most simple items to prepare for summer and how to stay healthy. Zelly talked about how everyone’s endurance level is different and how to work up the amount of reps one can do. Zelly also went over what WORKOUT ANYTIME offers such as the month to month contract and what inspired them to work with WORKOUT ANYTIME. The segment ended with the host and Tanesha demonstrating a few exercises.
