SAMANTHA'S EMAILBAG: Workout Anytime opens soon

Q: Is there any place that I can workout late at night?

Emailbag: Yes, because Rutherford County is filled with gyms and workout facilities that are open 24 hours a day.

“Being open 24 hours a day is great for people who work swing shift or third shift,” said Bart White, who will soon open Workout Anytime at 13702 Old Nashville Highway in Smyrna.

“One of the things traditional gyms lack is accessibility for people who work non-traditional workdays,” White said. “Fitness and healthy lifestyles should be available for anyone.”

Workout Anytime will provide free assessments and workout equipment tutorials. The facility will also have a full locker room and showers.

“Another great thing about being open 24 hours is that it alleviates the crowds and being really busy because people can space out their day a bit since they have more hours to work with to fit working out in their schedule,” White said.
