Workout Anytime series continues in The Knoxville Journal

Workout Anytime was featured in the fourth installment in The Knoxville Journal, where reporter, Wes Hall has been keeping track of his personal health and fitness goals since the beginning of September. In this section, Wes shared some stories of both members of Workout Anytime and trainers, citing the caring and motivating atmosphere of the club. Wes shared his diet changes, typical workout routines and physical heath improvements since he began the regimen and his new approach to fitness and total health that he has developed along with the support of the Workout Anytime staff.

Last week’s Workout Anytime Powell article described the progress of Laura who lost 100 pounds in 10 months at Workout Anytime in Powell with the help of trainer Joshua Bilbrey. Laura also shared some healthy but delicious holiday recipes.

This week, we will focus on her trainer, Joshua. As in the case with all trainers at Workout Anytime Powell, owner John Heifner recruits trainers after observing and interviewing them extensively.
